DOCUMENTS THAT CAN BE USED TO SHOW PROOF OF FUNDS
STUDENT LOAN:
The body providing the loan must be a government regulated body, and the loan must clearly state you are the recipient of the loan and you have total control over the funds allocated you.
OFFICIAL FINANCIAL SPONSORSHIP:
In the case of a sponsorship a letter indicating Name of sponsor, sponsorship duration and amount should be indicated in the sponsorship letter.
PERSONAL MONEY, PARENTS MONEY, PARTNERS MONEY:
Fund credibility, and authority to use funds freely is scrutinized, any of the following documents can be used:
- Bank statement (paper or electronic)
- Building society passbooks
- Certificates of deposit.
- Letters from bank or building society
A total of 28 days bank statement must be submitted prior to visa application date.
